NIAGADS DSS has been optimized for viewing in a common modern browser, i.e., Chrome 49+, Firefox 52+, Safari 10.1+ and Edge 14+. If you are running older versions or any other browser you may not be able to use all the features of our system.

NIAGADS DSS uses NIH Researcher Auth Service (RAS) for sign-in.

This system is operated by the NIAGADS Data Sharing Service at the University of Pennsylvania and provides access to NIH-controlled access data. This system is for authorized use only.

By using this system, you consent to monitoring of your activities on this system, recording of your actions for security purposes, and inspection of your files and communications

**Unauthorized or improper use of this system may result in administrative disciplinary action and civil and criminal penalties.**

## Authentication requirements

To access DSS, sign in through RAS using either **Login.gov** or **ID.me**. If your account has not completed identity verification, Login.gov or ID.me will prompt you to complete that step.

After identity verification, you must link your **eRA Commons ID** to the Login.gov or ID.me account you selected.

## Important

- Use the same Login.gov or ID.me option each time you sign in.
- You can link only one service, either Login.gov or ID.me, to your eRA Commons account for DSS access.
