Provided here are open-access data files deposited and hosted by NIAGADS. You may review the available files and any details can be found on their dataset pages, linked below through the dataset accession number.

To download data from the table below, locate the last column, “Download/ Copy Path”. “Download” can be used for direct download while “Copy Path” can be used to copy file location. For files larger than 5GB we recommend using external tools (such as wget) to download the file instead of direct download. Instructions to use external tools for download can be found on the [Wget user guide](https://dss.niagads.org/documentation/using-the-portal/wget-linux-file-downloader-user-guide/)
 page.
