## Description

This is a family design study. Samples were sequenced at Department of Genome Sciences, University of Washington on the HiSeq2000 machine. 77 samples were sequenced using the Roche SeqCap EZ Exome Probes v2.0 Target Enrichment Probes. BAM files from hg37 build were sent to GCAD for processing on the VCPA1.1 pipeline. 65 passed sequencing metrics and quality control.
