## Description

KnightADRC samples were sequenced at MGI on the HiSeq4000 machine. 75 samples were sequenced using the IDT xGen Exome Whole Exome Research Panel v1.0 w/Custom Spike-In Baits and 586 samples were using the Nimblegen VCRome sequencing w/Custom Spike-In Baits target capture kit. BAM files from hg37 build were sent to GCAD for processing on the VCPA1.1 pipeline. 650 passed sequencing metrics and quality control.
