## Description

This data includes plasma samples that were obtained from the Knight-ADRC at Washington University in St. Louis repositories. This is a deeply phenotyped cohort, both clinically and molecularly with longitudinal data and samples available. We included 32 samples from healthy non-demented control participants, 45 samples from presymptomatic AD participants and 53 samples from symptomatic AD participants.
