The NIAGADS Pre-Print Paper is Live at medRXiv

The NIAGADS team has been hard at work putting together a publication covering all things NIAGADS, including the immense amount of work that take place behind the scenes.

The article contains:

• An overview of NIAGADS and its missions
• Information about datasets housed at NIAGADS, including the ADSP and ADGC datasets
• A review of the NIAGADS Data Sharing Service (DSS) and Data Access Request Management System (DARM)
• Details around NIAGADS Open Access, including the Alzheimer’s GenomicsDB, the Alzheimer’s Disease Variant Portal (ADVP), VariXam, and FILER
• NIAGADS commitment to F.A.I.R. principles

We ask that data users cite this paper when publishing articles involving NIAGADS datasets as well as acknowledging NIAGADS and specific datasets in their paper.
