We are hosting a collaborative webinar focused on NIAGADS controlled-access datasets and data interoperability across repositories and invite you to participate!

This upcoming session is designed specifically for investigators and research teams working with controlled-access AD/ADRD genomic data. Our goal is to better understand how you discover, access, extract, and integrate NIAGADS data into your research workflows.

Rather than a traditional presentation, this will be a structured discussion to gather direct feedback that will inform NIAGADS development priorities.

Building the Future of AD Genomic Data Sharing: Interoperable, AI-Ready, and Community-Guided

  • Interoperability & Cross-Repository Integration: How NIAGADS data integrates with cloud environments, institutional infrastructure, and other neurodegenerative research repositories
  • ML/AI: How can data be best prepared to support AI/ML initiatives?
  • Measuring Scientific Impact: How are you reporting your use of NIAGADS data? How can NIAGADS help support your data reporting?

Why Participate

Your feedback will directly inform how NIAGADS improves:

  • Controlled-access usability
  • Metadata clarity and searchability
  • Cross-platform compatibility
  • Alignment with evolving security and compliance requirements

Registration includes a brief questionnaire to help us understand:

  • Your institution and consortium affiliations
  • Your prior experience accessing NIAGADS controlled datasets
  • Other repositories you currently use

This will help us tailor breakout sessions to participant experience levels and research needs.

We look forward to your perspective and appreciate your partnership in strengthening NIAGADS as a controlled-access research resource. We are working with BioTeam for the upcoming webinar, please feel free to email Jessica StLouis  jessica@bioteam.net if you have any questions about registrations or any questions about the webinar.

We hope you can join us!
