This release expands the database to include:

ADSP 36K R4 Variants and Annotations 

New and updated records for each R4 variant are now available.  These include the most recent ADSP annotations, as well as updated associations from the NHGRI-EBI GWAS Catalog.   Search for a specific variant of interest to browse these annotations in detail or explore the full R4 variant release on the NIAGADS Genome Browser.

GRCh38 Summary Statistics Datasets

Four new GWAS summary statistics datasets are included in this release.  These include the seminal Bellenguez et al. 2022 study and data from two NIAGADS accessions, listed below.  An interactive report and a genome browser track have been added for each dataset.

  1. Bellenguez et al. 2022 – New insights into the genetic etiology of Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias
  2. Belloy et al. 2022 (NG00126) – AD-risk in ADSP data filtered to remove variant-level artifacts – WES
  3. Belloy et al. 2022 (NG00126) – AD-risk in ADSP data filtered to remove variant-level artifacts – WGS
  4. Sweets et al. 2021 (NG00122) –  Prediction of Psychosis in Alzheimer Disease
