Corticobasal degeneration samples were sequenced at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) on the HiSeq2500 machine.  361 samples were sequenced using the Agilent WES v5 capture region target capture kit. FASTQ files were sent to GCAD for processing on the VCPA1.1 pipeline. 335 passed sequencing metrics and quality control.
