Description
The TARCC samples were sequenced at USUHS on the Novaseq machine. 1,018 samples were sequenced and FASTQ files were sent to GCAD for processing on the VCPA 1.1 pipeline. A total of 1,017 samples passed sequencing metrics and quality control checks.
