80 samples from the SEA-AD cohort were genotyped by the Center for Applied Genomics at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia using the Illumina Infinium Global Screening Array (GSA-24v3-0_A1) BeadChip which captures genotype data on 654,027 genomic SNPs. The data was sent to the Alzheimer’s Disease Genetics Consortium (ADGC) at the University of Pennsylvania for processing. Genotypes were extracted from GenomeStudio2.0 into PLINK format. The genome build was lifted from GRCh37 to GRCh38, but no quality control procedures were implemented on the PLINK files.
