A total of 1,195 samples were sequenced at MGI and NYGC on the NovaSeq6000 platform. 498 bam and 697 cram files were sent to GCAD for processing. A total of 798 samples passed sequencing metrics and quality control checks (351 samples were not included in this release due to missing consent).
